Satya Larrea

Welcome

I'm Satya, a longtime yoga practitioner and meditator who has discovered that mindful movement guided by the breath is one of the most profound forms of self-care for body and soul.

Offering yoga online has become a meaningful way to share what I've learned—not as someone with all the answers, but as a fellow practitioner walking alongside a community of women seeking greater ease, physically, mentally, and emotionally.

My classes blend yoga, meditation, breath awareness, and timeless wisdom to create embodied practices that cultivate resilience, presence, and a deeper connection with ourselves and the natural world.

I also offer daily morning Qigong, where a welcoming community gathers to begin each day with intention and connection. Whether you're new to these practices or have been on the path for years, you'll find a supportive space to move, breathe, and simply be.

I'm so glad you're here, and I'd love to practice with you.

Warm Regards,
Satya, C-IAYT

About

Satya Larrea, C-IAYT

I've been practicing yoga since 1993 and teaching since 1997. My work has evolved through decades of study in yoga, meditation, Qigong, and mindfulness, and I'm deeply grateful to the many teachers who have guided me on my path. I remain a devoted student today.

I currently lead Yoga, Qigong, and Mindfulness groups at the Eating Recovery Center and Pathlight Mood & Anxiety Center in Denver, where I support individuals in cultivating greater awareness and resilience.

When I'm not teaching, you'll usually find me on a trail in nature, wandering through the botanic gardens, sipping jasmine tea, or listening to melodic music. I believe that slowing down creates space to reconnect with ourselves, and that spirit is at the heart of everything I teach.
